Not all applicants are selected at the end of our extensive screening process. In fact, only about two in five are qualified enough to become TexStaff employees. We utilize several different methods of recruiting, such as Internet postings, newspaper classifieds, the Texas Workforce Commission, and referrals. Our recruiting process can be customized to our clients needs such as background checks, drug screens, skill testing, employment verifications, and much more.
